With his total experience spanning more than 35 years, David joined Dexter and Sharpe from a Top 40 firm in 2008, before being made an associate in July 2011.
In January 2016 David was made a Partner of the firm and is currently splitting his time between the Horncastle and Louth offices.
David’s years of experience have provided him with a wide variety of knowledge in many sectors including Solicitors, manufacturing and the motor industry. His work with a Top 40 practice means that he is well equipped to deal with clients of all sizes. David enjoys getting to know his clients both new and existing so that he can fully utilise his experience to ensure that they get the best out of their businesses.
When not at work David can be found spending time with his daughters or enjoying a local culinary treat. David enjoys keeping active and can regularly be found making his way around the local golf courses and as a member of the Dexter and Sharpe golf team takes part in charity golf days. David also enjoys fair weather cycling and walking as well as watching sport on TV.
If David were stranded on a desert island he would want a fully equipped yacht including his friends and family, crew food and drink, so that he could return to civilisation in style and “who wouldn’t want to own a yacht, such freedom and fun”
If David wasn’t an accountant where would he be? He would be an estate agent as he would enjoy “being able to have a nosey around” the many different types of houses and see the ways in which they were decorated and designed. He would also enjoy helping people onto the property ladder.
