We have an exciting opportunity for a recent college leaver to join our friendly and supportive team as a Trainee Accountant in our Lincoln office, located just a 20-minute walk from Lincoln Cathedral and offering free on-site parking.

About the Role:
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a college course in Accounting or a similar subject (minimum AAT Level 2 or similar) and is looking to take the next step in their accountancy career.
You will receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced team members, gaining practical experience in:
- Preparing accounts
- Bookkeeping
- VAT return preparation
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in accountancy and business
- Works well within a team
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Possesses good IT skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 4.00pm

Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE Level 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Level 2 AAT (or equivalent)
