Dexter & Sharpe Charity Golf Day Helps Raise Almost £5,000 for Little Miracles

Businesses, clients and supporters from across Lincolnshire came together at Boston Golf Club on Friday 22 May to support Little Miracles, helping raise more than £7,000 through Dexter & Sharpe's fundraising efforts in 2026.

Businesses, clients and supporters from across Lincolnshire came together at Boston Golf Club on Friday 22 May to support Little Miracles, helping raise more than £7,000 through Dexter & Sharpe's fundraising efforts in 2026.

The firm's inaugural Charity Golf Day generated £4,956.56 alone, making it the most successful fundraising initiative of the year so far and helping to comfortably surpass Dexter & Sharpe's original annual fundraising target of £4,000.

The event welcomed teams from across the local business community for a day of golf, fundraising and networking, all in aid of Little Miracles, which provides vital support to families with children who have additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions.

The day featured a Texas Scramble competition, on-course challenges, refreshments, a charity raffle and a post-round presentation, with funds raised through team entries, hole sponsorships, raffle ticket sales and donations.

A spokesperson for Dexter & Sharpe said:

"When we set our fundraising target for 2026, we hoped to raise £4,000 across the year. Thanks to the incredible support shown by participants, sponsors, raffle prize donors, clients and local businesses, we've already exceeded £7,000, with more fundraising activities still to come.

The response to our first Charity Golf Day exceeded all expectations. We were delighted to raise £4,956.56 through the event alone, helping Little Miracles deliver a variety of activities and events for the families they work with throughout the summer."

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the event, including participating teams, sponsors, raffle prize donors and staff who helped make the day possible.

Following the positive response from participants, Dexter & Sharpe hopes to make the Charity Golf Day an annual fixture within its fundraising calendar.

All proceeds from the event will support the ongoing work of Little Miracles.
