Hours: 34 Hrs a week

We are looking for a full-time person to join our team at our Skegness office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied and challenging role.

Key duties:

  • Dealing with clients both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Organising appointments for clients with various individuals.
  • General secretarial duties including typing standard letters as well as ad hoc.
  • Some sales ledger duties including raising invoices to be sent out to clients through our software, preparation of monthly statements, maintaining payments received and chasing any outstanding amounts.
  • Dealing with the petty cash.
  • Filing.
  • Dealing with the post both incoming and outgoing.
  • Ordering of stationery as required.


  • Punctual, reliable and with good communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Ability to work unaided, sometimes to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • Preferably, but not essential, previous experience of working within a professional office.
